Oriental Dance, or Belly Dance, is a great form of movement for anyone. It can improve your body awareness for better coordination, posture and muscle tone while relieving stress and promoting relaxation. It can also reconnect oneself to their inner spirit allowing it to fl ow through the creative expression of dance. Join us for an exciting new class where you can have fun learning how to express yourself through dance. This class will teach basic belly dance movements and some of the rich history of its origins that will help condition your body as it engages your mind and expands your creative expression. Develop body awareness by learning individual moves that are combined into short routines.
Then put those routines together to create your own dance that you can share with your friends and family. This class is for those who want to have fun moving to the rhythm of their own spirit, so no dance experience necessary!
