BIO: Beth Jordan, C.CHt. has been practicing hypnotherapy since 1995 in the Ohio area. Later, she studied and became certified in the practice of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and has studied other modalities such as Reiki, Quantum-Touch, Bach Flower Remedy, and has become proficient allowing the healing energies in whatever form to help her facilitate for her clients.“I believe as a practitioner it is my job to facilitate for you. I think we all are in the process of finding our way, improving ourselves, and generally seeking to have a good time! My role is to help you notice and allow yourself choices so you can make your life easier. I have a variety of tools in my repository, all of which meld together in a unique mix with a healthy dash of my own life experience.” Classes or Requested Sessions: Gentle Voice Hypnotherapy - Allow Beth’s soothing voice lull you into a relaxed state where change is easy and possible. Change belief systems, know the motivation behind behavior, and have more clarity and choice in your life. Birth View - Ever wonder "What Was I Thinking?!" coming into this life experience. The Birth View session allows you to get into a relaxed state and become guided so you may gather some interesting information and perhaps valuable insights into that question. Unleashing Your Creativity - This playshop offers an opportunity to push through your resistance and come to a creative place. No talent necessary! Groups are limited to 6-9 people. Mid-Day Get-Away - A brief relaxation time that renews and refreshes body, mind, and spirit. Voice Stress Assessment (VSA) - Gentle Voice Hypnotherapy offers a new technology called Voice Stress Assessment or VSA. VSA allows for a graphical representation of where stress is being held simply by speaking into a microphone. (We are not recording your actual words but the stress levels behind those words.) Then the technology is able to do a hand scan and know what frequencies would help your body to balance that stress. This frequency is output to a chair for a number of minutes along with some hemi-sync eyeglasses and relaxing music. A session consist of a number rounds at the end of which you get a “voice isode” in some water to support you through the next 24 hours of body circadian rhythms.
